My Story

Born and raised in St. Louis as the eldest of six, helping others has always been a core part of who I am. In 2005 at 17 years old, I joined the US Marine Corps, where I discovered my deep passion for leadership, mentorship, and personal growth—not just mine, but others'. Supporting and guiding Marines and Sailors quickly became more than my duty; it became a calling, even if I hadn't realized it at the time. Even now, two decades later, staying connected to many of those same individuals and witnessing their journeys unfold continues to fuel my commitment to empowering others.

After leaving the Corps in 2013, that same drive carried into my civilian life. I spent the next 6 years deepening my own spiritual journey through a number of means such as leading a full time worship band, serving as a missionary while living in Japan, and offering spiritual counseling and guidance to others on their journey. Though today I nurture my spiritual need on a different path, I am truly grateful for the deep historical and scholarly context as well as experiences I gained during that time. Things I happily continue to share with others  when needed to reconnect and to deepen their own faith. Years later I continued my passion as a volunteer with youth programs through soccer coaching and instructing Tae Kwon Do. Whether on the field or in the community, my passion has always remained the same: helping people grow, develop, and become the very best version of themselves.

My path to life coaching emerged from my own need to reconnect—with myself. Like many, I’ve navigated painful transitions, questioned my place in the world, and faced the quiet ache of living a life that I felt didn’t feel entirely authentic. Life coaching gave me the tools to rediscover my happiness, redefine what it was that I truly wanted, and realign with what was most important, how I viewed myself instead of worrying how I believed someone else would view me. Now, I do the same for others—guiding individuals through transformation, clarity, and internal reforging so they can live fully, freely, and unapologetically.

When I’m not coaching, I recharge through music, reading, hiking, and deep reflection—practices that ground me emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I believe that becoming your authentic self, just like healing, isn’t a destination or sudden event; it’s a sacred journey. And I’m here to walk that path with those who are ready to take that first step.
