From living under the weight of people's expectations to shrinking myself to keep others comfortable, I spent years sacrificing my own needs and light to illuminate others' darkness. Only to be left in my own when my light burned out. But it was in those moments that I realized my own strength and truth. I've also learned that new beginnings often come disguised as painful endings. Now, I help others find their own truth. Through transformative coaching rooted in personal experience and empowerment, I guide people toward a path where they not only find direction but, if needed, turn pain into purpose.
